Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our amusement equipment, ensuring that our machines are always in top working condition and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair our amusement equipment, including coin-operated machines, to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Diagnostic Work: Perform basic network diagnostic work to identify and resolve technical issues with our equipment.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Complete preventative maintenance tasks, including PAT testing, to ensure our equipment is safe and compliant with regulations.
  • Merchandise Management: Refill merchandise on selected machines and ensure that all products are working correctly to maximize income opportunities.
  • Health and Safety: Comply with all Health and Safety requirements and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Communication: Liaise with our Sega Total Solutions team and Merchandise Controller regarding spares, merchandise, and redemption tickets.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years' experience servicing amusement arcade machines.
  • Skills: Hands-on approach to installing and maintaining our equipment, ability to work effectively on your own initiative, and a pleasant and confident manner.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to carry out a significant amount of manual handling and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Ability to work a 40-hour week on a shift pattern that includes alternate weekends and public holidays, and hold a current full driving license.
