Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily maintenance of plant equipment and machinery
  • Execute planned and preventative maintenance tasks
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
  • Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery
  • Decommission outdated plant equipment
  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns
  • Document and report machine faults
  • Collaborate with and mentor apprentices and new team members
  • Promote and adhere to Health and Safety standards on-site

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant Level 3 qualification or equivalent, or apprenticeship trained
  • Electrically or mechanically inclined
  • Prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing context
  • This position is suitable for individuals with backgrounds as Maintenance Engineers, Versatile Engineers, Mechanically Biased Engineers, Electrically Biased Engineers, Maintenance Technicians, or Versatile Maintenance Technicians.
