Section Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Section Engineer to join our team at Kier Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate execution of construction projects, maintaining quality standards, and achieving satisfactory progress.

• Provide and maintain setting out and dimensional control to ensure accurate construction of the work.
• Responsible for setting out works constructed within allowable tolerances.
• Regularly check the setting out points and benchmarks and ensure that all setting out instruments and measuring equipment are delivered to site with a calibration certificate and recorded accordingly.
• Ensure the workforce understands setting out information has been identified as suitable for the type of work being carried out.

• Related HNC/Degree or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Holder of a Full Driver's Licence.
