Requirements:

  • UK Design Consultancy Experience: You should have experience working in a UK design consultancy, particularly in the residential sector.
  • Client Liaison Experience: You should have strong client liaison skills and be commercially aware.
  • Section Agreements Experience: You should have experience with Section Agreements 278, 38, 185, and 104.
  • Software Skills: You should be proficient in software such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, WinDes, or their equivalents.
  • Hands-on Approach: You should have a hands-on approach and be willing to remain engaged in design and project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: You should be willing to grow a Civils team alongside the Regional Director and help line manage/mentor colleagues.
  • Good Organisation and Communication Skills: You should have good organisation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Industry Experience: You should have 10+ years' experience in the industry and be looking to start a new and exciting chapter in your career.
