About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Support Worker to join our team at Search. As a Support Worker for Young Adults, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable young individuals in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to young adults with mental health difficulties
  • Assist with daily activities and care for service users
  • Work flexible shifts, including nights, to ensure 24/7 support
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive living environment

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a supported living environment
  • Previous experience working with young adults and individuals with mental health difficulties
  • MAPA or PMVA training
  • Ability to provide 5 years of employment referencing
