### Job Title: Junior Architectural Technologist

### Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects, working closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality results.

### Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the preparation of technical drawings and documents
* Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts
* Conduct site visits to gather information and monitor progress
* Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills
* Work effectively in a team environment

### Requirements

* Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology
* Strong technical skills and knowledge of Revit
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
