Position Overview:
As a key player in our retail environment, the Luxury Retail Store Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring our brand's commitment to excellence and sophistication is upheld.

Work Schedule:
40 hours per week, covering any 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and public holidays.

Compensation:
  • Base salary up to £42,000 per annum with opportunities for quarterly bonuses.

  • Founded in 2018, Austen & Blake specializes in bespoke diamond jewellery, crafted by skilled artisans with over 200 years of combined experience. Our mission is to transform our clients' emotions into exquisite jewellery pieces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Provide coaching on effective client interaction and consultative selling techniques.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our jewellery offerings, including materials and craftsmanship.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance the sales team's product knowledge.
  • Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Promote a customer-focused sales approach.
  • Analyze and influence the store's Profit & Loss reports.
  • Represent and embody the brand's values through professional appearance and a passion for luxury jewellery.
  • Ensure merchandise presentation aligns with our brand's visual standards.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create engaging displays.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization across all areas.
  • Manage inventory effectively and address security concerns promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance in-store experiences.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs for store facilities.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years in luxury retail, preferably in the jewellery sector, with a proven sales record.
  • Proficient in new software and quick to adapt to new systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including communication and relationship-building.
  • A genuine passion for luxury products and a keen eye for aesthetics.
