Role Overview
The Sales Operations Specialist plays a vital role in connecting our clients with our internal purchasing, logistics, and external sales teams. This dynamic and varied position involves managing incoming customer inquiries and processing sales orders efficiently. Additionally, you will assist the Key Account Manager and engage in outbound activities to boost customer spending and uncover new business opportunities. This role is entirely office-based and focuses on fostering customer relationships. You will prioritize understanding customer requirements to ensure that opportunities are maximized and that outstanding service is consistently delivered. This position is full-time, operating Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and nurturing a portfolio of existing accounts to maintain profitability Addressing incoming customer inquiries and providing effective solutions Conducting outbound initiatives to identify and engage potential new customers Collaborating closely with and supporting the external sales team Administering sales orders and quotations, ensuring timely delivery Regularly utilizing the internal CRM system Coordinating with internal departments such as logistics and procurement

Ideal Candidate Profile
This role is best suited for an experienced internal sales professional with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment. However, we value character and personality as much as experience. If you are looking for a dynamic role where you can demonstrate your interpersonal skills while engaging with customers and are comfortable making outbound calls, we encourage you to consider this opportunity. Familiarity with our internal systems (CRM, etc.) will be provided through comprehensive training. A friendly and professional telephone manner, along with strong administrative capabilities, is essential. Being commercially aware and target-driven will be advantageous. Experience in the packaging industry is a plus but not mandatory.
