We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team in a beautiful 'home-from-home' nursing and dementia service in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.
Job Summary:- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with dementia and other complex needs.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage the physical and emotional well-being of residents.
- Supervise and support a team of care assistants to ensure excellent standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the GP.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in dementia care.
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
- Experience in dementia care and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary of up to £20 per hour.
