About the Role

As a Girls Academy Coach, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering inspiring training sessions, boosting our current girls programme, and helping us shape the future of female players. You'll work closely with our team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where every child feels they belong.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions based on our top-tier syllabus
  • Coach on Saturday mornings with additional opportunities throughout the week at schools, nurseries, and our Pre-Academy Programme
  • Make a meaningful impact in children's lives through coaching
Requirements
  • UEFA C coaching badge (or higher) or a willingness to obtain one
  • An enhanced DBS check
