Electrical Site Manager Job Description

At Innotech Partners, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our high voltage electrical engineering company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery and compliance with safety standards for our electrical HV projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site operations for electrical HV projects, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to safety protocols
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and SHEQ team to conduct audits and site management
  • Maintain and inspect tools, equipment, and materials to ensure optimal performance
  • Communicate effectively with clients and Project Engineers to plan and execute works
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners
  • Identify opportunities to enhance services and improve processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in electrical installations or equivalent expertise
  • SMSTS certification
  • 2-3 years' experience in electrical engineering (contracting/utility industries)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • Experience in the high voltage sector
  • Full UK driving licence
