Project Manager Role

In this key position, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Our client is a leading property company with a strong focus on innovation and technology. They are looking for a skilled project manager to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and confirm project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budget parameters to align with business needs and expectations.
  • Create and implement the project framework, including defining roles and assembling teams to support successful and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate, oversee, and provide progress updates on project activities, ensuring alignment with scope while maintaining robust change management practices.
  • Ensure adherence to established project methodologies and governance standards.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Oversee and ensure structured management and reporting throughout all phases of the project.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent project management skills, including experience in project planning, risk management, and team leadership. You will also need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
