Job Title: Mental Health Nurse

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a qualified RMN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health conditions, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care to service users, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide seamless care pathways and support individuals in their recovery and rehabilitation.
  • Provide mentorship and support to colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided, observing and reporting any changes or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
  • Strong team-working skills, with a high level of self-motivation and flexibility.
  • A positive attitude, with a natural ability to care and compassionately support individuals.
  • A commitment to high-quality care, values, and evidence-based practice.
