- Minimum GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good commercial awareness and the ability to negotiate effectively
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive, self-motivated attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- You'll receive comprehensive training, including Health & Safety, Good Distribution Practice (GDP), and Data Protection standards.
- Benefit from mentorship by experienced Sales Managers and regular feedback sessions to support your growth.
- Opportunities to attend relevant industry seminars and workshops.
- Successful completion of the apprenticeship could lead to a Junior Sales Manager position, with opportunities for further advancement within the Sales Team.
