The Centre for Health & Disability Assessments, part of Merco Recruitment, is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our innovative team. This role focuses on delivering evidence-based assessments for a diverse range of patients with complex needs, providing an opportunity to refine your clinical evaluation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct both file reviews and in-person assessments of clients concerning various benefits, compiling comprehensive reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
- Analyze medical documentation in written or electronic formats to determine the necessity of face-to-face evaluations, focusing on how disabilities impact daily activities related to work.
- Utilize IT software to support clinical decision-making during assessments and documentation.
