Morgan Philips Group is seeking an experienced Onboarding Compliance Coordinator to support their client in Woking. The successful candidate will have a background in completing extensive onboarding in an in-house recruitment environment.

The role of Onboarding Compliance Coordinator will involve managing the onboarding of new starters in a confidential environment, requiring extended compliance. This will include references, right to work checks, and other background checks. Additionally, the candidate will take ownership of the HR and Recruitment inboxes, fielding queries as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR or Recruitment onboarding and understand how to take reference and right to work checks. They will be diligent and efficient in their approach and team-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:
