Your key responsibilities will include:

* Site Management: Oversee the construction site to ensure the development is completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality and safety standards.
* Quality Control: Ensure that all quality and safety inspections meet company and industry standards, including adherence to NHBC/LABC/Premier standards.
* Coordination: Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including warranty providers, local authorities, and utility companies, to ensure the build programme is achieved.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records for the development, including staff inductions, health, safety, and environment documentation, timesheets, incident reports, and quality control checklists.
* Material Management: Ensure materials are ordered, checked, and stored in accordance with company guidelines.
* Workforce Supervision: Direct and supervise the activities of the on-site workforce, including subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on time, to quality standards, and within budget.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with the company's Health, Safety, and Environment Policy to minimize incidents and accidents on-site.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of a construction development site, particularly within the housebuilding industry.
* Essential qualifications include a current CSCS card and SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
* A full UK Driving Licence is required.
* Preferably qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management.
