Job Title: Field Service Engineer

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and setting up commercial coffee equipment, performing preventative maintenance services, and attending reactive breakdown and repair call outs.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Equipment Installation and Maintenance: Install, commission, and set up commercial coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  2. Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular preventative maintenance services to prevent equipment breakdowns and ensure smooth operation.
  3. Breakdown and Repair: Attend reactive breakdown and repair call outs to resolve equipment issues promptly and efficiently.
  4. Operator Training: Provide training to equipment operators on the operation and cleaning of coffee equipment.
  5. Spare Parts Management: Manage and maintain spare parts stock holding in the service van to ensure timely repairs and replacements.
  6. Documentation and Reporting: Complete and submit accurate and detailed service reports, including photos, to ensure compliance with company standards.
  7. Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues and engage proactively with all areas of the business to ensure seamless operations.

Work Schedule:

The successful candidate will work a standard Monday to Friday schedule, with one in four weekend shifts. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking company in the coffee industry and secure a stable future with a wide range of contracts and a strong UK presence.
