We are seeking a proactive and motivated professional to join our team at Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd as a Key Accounts Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an industry leading national Fire Security business that is rapidly growing and seeking a dedicated individual to support their Head Office team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide exceptional support to customers and internal teams to ensure any Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on accounts are met.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date account data, ensuring seamless communication between teams.
  • To complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as assigned to support large national customers, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • To provide exceptional customer service, answering phone calls during peak periods or as assigned to overflow, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.
  • To upload documents to customer-specific portals in line with their contract requirements, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • To identify opportunities to improve processes, leveraging knowledge of business management systems to automate tasks and enhance customer experience.
  • To maintain accurate information on customer comments in business management systems and internal platforms, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • To possess a strong understanding of Fire Security products, enabling effective account management, commercial acumen, and positive customer perceptions.
  • To foster excellent relationships with customers and departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement.
  • Proficiency in business management systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of Fire Security products.
