Job Overview

Engenda Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our team on the Dogger Bank Substation project. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of electrical work packages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safe systems of work to minimize risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical trade professionals to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to trade teams to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and communication throughout the project.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and industry regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
