Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified solicitor with experience in Private Client law, specifically in Wills and Probate, to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, LPA's, Trusts, Estates, Tax, and Court of Protection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day conduct of Private Client files and handle all aspects of work connected with Private Client matters.
  • Be the main point of contact for private client-related inquiries received from various offices, primarily focusing on the Gloucester office.
  • Handle a wide range of Private Client issues, including but not limited to Wills, Probate, LPA's, Trusts, Estates, Tax, and Court of Protection.
  • Liaise with the Legal Director on financial budgeting and training requirements/opportunities.
Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor with experience in Private Client law, specifically in Wills and Probate.
  • Proven ability to handle a wide range of Private Client matters independently.
  • Experience in handling complex Private Client cases.
