About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to join our expanding team at Great Jobs UK. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling our innovative technical solutions in your region and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by providing solutions to end-customers and supporting the regional network of installers.
  • Identify, develop, maintain and strengthen effective relationships with key customer contacts to deliver business growth and increased market share.

About You

  • You have successfully completed technical or economic training and have strong commercial sales experience with a proven track record in a similar field-based sales role in project sales.
  • You have extensive acquisition and order closing capacity, organizational talent in supporting projects and specialist trading partners, and project management and consultation skills with architects, designers, and contractors.
  • You have experience in selling and clarifying technical products and are self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving and developing your own pipeline.
