Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage administrative tasks within a busy healthcare setting.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, ensuring a professional telephone manner and clear spoken English.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational abilities, maintaining a calm and adaptable approach to the diverse demands of the role.
- Perform audio typing and possess a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
- Take minutes during meetings and provide coverage for the reception area, both independently and collaboratively.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
