Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage administrative tasks within a busy healthcare setting.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, ensuring a professional telephone manner and clear spoken English.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational abilities, maintaining a calm and adaptable approach to the diverse demands of the role.
  • Perform audio typing and possess a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Take minutes during meetings and provide coverage for the reception area, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

An NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Administration is preferred but not mandatory.
