About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Junior Legal PA to join our team at SC Staff and Consult. As a Junior Legal PA, you will play a crucial role in supporting our fee earners and PAs with administrative and organizational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management and inbox management
  • Document preparation and amending
  • Assisting in business development activities
  • Assisting and managing billing process
  • Managing fee earners expenses
  • Client liaison

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with at least a year's experience in a legal admin or junior PA role, gained from a City law firm in a commercial practice area (either corporate or litigation). You should be eager to work for a firm that is committed to excellence and continuous improvement.
