IT Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Pomeroy. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring that their systems and equipment are running smoothly and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Respond to and resolve technical issues and queries from clients in a timely and professional manner.
- System Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain client systems, including PCs, mobile devices, and other technical equipment.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to expand service agreements and improve customer satisfaction.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with clients to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Process Improvement: Assist in the development and implementation of test and repair processes, ensuring that technical standards are met and exceeded.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a field service representative or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Experience with managing and preserving technical equipment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing technical environments and priorities.
