Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own portfolio of blocks, ensuring the smooth running of each property.
  • Work closely with your Assistant to address day-to-day issues, allowing you to focus on client expectations and relationship-building.
  • Develop and produce budgets, negotiate fees, and renew contracts to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Liaise with our Accounts team, Directors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the success of our business by identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
