We are looking for an experienced, personable, and confident New Build Residential Property Conveyancer/Solicitor to join our team.

You will be expected to lead, support, and oversee an established specialist New Build Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of new build property matters from inception through to conclusion, including sales and purchase, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.
  • Demonstrate excellent client care, apply technical knowledge, and communicate complex legal matters in a commercially astute and understandable format.
  • Liaising directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders.
  • Consistently playing an active role in the team's business development activities and budgets with the aim of continuing the growth of New Build work.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working on New Build purchase and sales matters.
  • Thorough working knowledge of conveyancing practice and procedures.
  • Credible past and consistent billing/financial performance.
