About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality function and drive continuous improvement across all quality processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the quality assurance department, ensuring all processes align with industry standards and regulations.
  • Implement and monitor quality initiatives that enhance product safety, consistency, and overall quality.
  • Maintain and improve our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety standards and customer requirements.
  • Lead and inspire a small team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure quality is upheld at every stage of the process.
  • Prepare for and lead external audits, ensuring traceability, compliance, and readiness across the business.
  • Manage responses to any quality or food safety issues, implementing corrective actions and preventative measures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality assurance within the food industry, with a deep understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and a strong track record in audit preparation and management.
