Taxation Specialist

Job Summary:
Armstrong Knight is seeking a highly skilled Taxation Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Tax Professional, you will play a key role in preparing and reviewing tax computations, as well as providing tax advisory services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Tax: Prepare and review corporation tax computations, including LLP income tax computations, for corporate clients.
- Personal Tax: Prepare and review personal tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
- Tax Enquiries: Deal with HMRC enquiries into personal and corporate tax returns, resolving any issues or discrepancies.
- Tax Advisory: Work with Managers and Directors on tax advisory projects, providing expert advice on tax planning and compliance for existing clients and prospects.
- Team Leadership: Train and supervise junior team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience: A strong base of experience in a mixed tax role, preferably with a minimum of 50% Corporate Tax practical knowledge.
- Skills: Strong IT skills, including Excel and Iris, as well as good up-to-date technical knowledge of tax regulations and recent developments in the tax arena.
