About the Role

We are seeking a Bank Staff Member to join our team at Bright Horizons Rose Cottage Day Nursery and Preschool in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Nursery colleagues in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, engaging children in play and activities that promote their development and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe, happy, and healthy environment for children.
  • Promote child welfare, protection, and safeguarding, ensuring the highest standards of care and education.
  • Contribute to the preparation of rooms and equipment, adhering to hygiene standards and nursery demands.
