CoDi Planner Role Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CoDi Planner to join our team at DB Schenker. As a CoDi Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the movement of goods and materials within our network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Route Optimization: Develop and implement efficient routes for our CoDi fleet to minimize transit times and maximize productivity.
  • Documentation Management: Process, prepare, and validate essential documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies and overages in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Driver Management: Supervise on-road operations and engage in proactive driver PCM sessions to ensure driver safety and compliance.
  • Load Optimization: Maximize load capacity and schedule drivers and vehicles for profitability.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution of logistics operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or transportation roles.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
