About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dietitian to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. As a Dietitian Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dietetic care to inpatients within the gastroenterology pathway.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive dietetic services to acute inpatients and out-patients across gastroenterology pathways.
  • Provide expert dietetic advice for individually referred outpatients with long-term conditions requiring advice beyond basic healthy eating.
  • Use behaviour change skills and holistic approaches to support patients to manage their long-term conditions and goals.
  • Collaborate with the senior specialist dietitians, team leaders, and operational and professional lead for adult nutrition and dietetic services to ensure seamless service delivery.
