We are looking for a professional with a strong background in technical and service management to provide operational support to our hydro schemes across Scotland.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and operational support to our hydro schemes, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.
- Manage and maintain industrial control systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
- Conduct system fault finding and resolution, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to our clients.
- Produce high-quality reports and documentation, providing valuable insights to our clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Relevant technical qualification (engineering, systems control, renewable energy) at certificate or degree level or significant experience in a technical field.
- Highly organized and systems-focused individual with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in system fault finding and resolution, with a strong understanding of industrial control systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Highly proficient user of MS Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary, dependent on experience, with a range of £50-60,000. The role is full-time, based at our offices in Blairgowrie, with an element of hybrid home working possible. Regular travel throughout Scotland is required, with occasional overnight stays.
