SEND Support Assistant in Nursery

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEND support assistant to join our team in a nursery school in Boston. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced staff to provide individualized support to pupils with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils with social interactions and emotional regulation
  • Assist with daily tasks and development of motor skills
  • Work closely with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized support plans

Requirements:

  • Passion for helping young pupils with additional needs
  • Ability to work standard school hours of 8:30am to 3:30pm
  • Right-to-work in the UK
  • Driving licence with access to a car
  • A clean enhanced DBS on the update service, or willing to apply for one
