Job Opportunity: Structural Revit Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Revit Technician to join our team at Advance TRS Careers. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating and managing building information models using Revit Structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed building information models using Revit Structures
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members on Revit Structures and BIM processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in BIM and Revit Structures

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with Revit Structures
  • Strong background in building structures
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Experience with BIM standards and processes (BS1192 & PAS1192) is beneficial
  • RC Detailing experience is a plus

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £35-£39ph (umbrella rate)
  • 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of renewal
