About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Manager to join our team at JBD Tritec Ltd. As a key member of our fabrication division, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our fabrication projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage fabrication workshops and oversee the preparation of associated documentation, risk assessments, method statements, and programs.
  • Lead a team of tradesmen during fabrication and site installations, including subcontract activities.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the divisional manager to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry standards.
