Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Director
* Ensure efficient office operations
* Screen calls and respond to Director inquiries
* Raise purchase orders and deal with invoice queries
* Prepare expense claims and liaise with the accounts department
* Meet and greet visitors, post, and scanning
* Assist the customer services team with administration
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative secretarial role
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Competency in basic data entry tasks
* Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
