Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our client's team in Salisbury. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience with CAD software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop mechanical components and systems using CAD software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engineering development
  • Produce technical drawings and documentation
  • Work on full lifecycle design projects
  • Contribute to the final assembly of products
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar design/mechanical engineering position
  • Excellent proficiency with CAD software, preferably SolidWorks
  • Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, fluid handling, hydraulics, piping, instrumentation, structural steel, or similar industries
  • Degree/HNC/HND/BTEC/NVQ qualified in mechanical engineering or similar
