As a vital part of our dynamic retail team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all store administrative tasks are executed to meet audit standards. Your friendly and adaptable demeanor will be essential when assisting on the sales floor or in the stockroom. By adhering to all company policies and demonstrating a positive attitude, you will be supported in your personal and professional growth from the outset. Flexible working arrangements are available.

Key Responsibilities:

To excel as a Store Administration Associate, you will:

Carry out daily administrative functions, including inventory and cash management Facilitate the seamless operation of administrative processes to achieve excellent audit outcomes Assist in various store areas as required, including sales and stock areas Provide prompt and friendly service to customers, whether in the back office or on the sales floor Communicate any administrative concerns or discrepancies with the Store Team Take initiative in your own professional development

Detail-oriented, organized, and thorough, with a keen eye for accuracy You take pride in your contributions and approach tasks with enthusiasm and energy Friendly, composed, and efficient, even during peak times A collaborative team player who is also capable of working independently Flexible, supportive, and always willing to go above and beyond Proficient in using a computer

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will need to provide evidence of their right to work in the UK prior to starting employment.

This position is not typically eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to relevant Home Office skill level requirements. Candidates are encouraged to explore their own right to work options without company sponsorship.
