Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Buyer to join our Procurement team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for implementing effective purchasing strategies across the company.

  • Develop and execute strategic procurement plans to drive cost savings and improve supplier relationships.
  • Manage a portfolio of key suppliers, ensuring the quality of goods and services meets the company's standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
  • Lead and mentor junior members of the Procurement team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent negotiation and networking skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyse data to inform procurement decisions.
