About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional laser worktop template services to customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in their work. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality worktop templates to customers, ensuring accuracy and precision in measurements.
  • Collaborate with the customer to understand their requirements and expectations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Work closely with the Customer Services and Compliance support team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of any issues.
  • Provide feedback to Template Managers to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Support the Surveying team in conducting home kitchen surveys, ensuring accurate measurements are collected.
  • Earn commission on sales, providing a lucrative incentive for high-performing individuals.

About You

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

  • Attention to detail and ability to work to a high level of accuracy.
  • Knowledge and understanding of kitchen fitting legislation and Wren Kitchens products.
  • Full UK manual driving license, enabling employees to travel to customer sites.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing employees to represent Wren Kitchens to a high standard.
  • Organizational skills, enabling employees to manage their diary and prioritize tasks effectively.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge:

  • Previous experience in kitchen fitting or worktop templating.
  • Previous experience with similar accuracy requirements.
