About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Orion Electrotech. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our engineering systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize engineering systems to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support and coverage.
  • Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on plant machinery to prevent equipment failure and extend lifespan.
  • Utilize PLC fault finding skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in engineering or a related field, with a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to participate in overtime and on-call duties as required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results and meeting deadlines.
