Family Solicitor Opportunity

Clear Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking an exceptional Family Solicitor to join their team in St Albans, Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private family law, including divorce and financial provision, children, nuptial agreements, and cohabitation disputes.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly entrepreneurial and creative firm that prioritizes staff well-being and offers strong prospects for career growth. The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with the Team Leader/Partner to shape the future of the new team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal with a full range of private family matters, including divorce and financial provision, children, nuptial agreements, and cohabitation disputes.
  • Provide professional and competent legal advice in accordance with the SRA Code of Conduct.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage a caseload and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the firm's success.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification experience in family law.
  • Excellent client care skills and strong IT skills.
  • Proven experience in business development, marketing, and fee generation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong drafting and writing skills, with excellent communication and technical ability.
