Key Responsibilities- Support the class team in teaching and learning activities that meet the needs of all children.
- Support the staff team in teaching and learning activities that meet the needs of all the children.
- Work collaboratively with the class team to provide a supportive and caring environment for all children.
- Recent experience working with children.
- Previous experience supporting SEN children is ideal, but not essential.
- Ability to work confidently with children in a 1:1 setting.
- Friendly and enthusiastic approach.
