We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to lead engineering projects within our Naval Nuclear Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and improving engineering operations, working collaboratively with stakeholders to drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and undertake engineering projects across multiple domains and disciplines, ensuring project success through effective application of engineering processes and governance.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to drive innovation and efficiency, leveraging technical expertise to deliver high-quality results.
  • Manage projects in a fast-paced environment, utilizing Project Management tools efficiently to ensure timely completion and successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Deliver technical requirements effectively, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Manage projects with a high degree of autonomy, making informed decisions to drive project success.
  • Utilize Project Management tools efficiently, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.

Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications include a STEM Degree or equivalent experience in the engineering field. Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status is a plus.

Security Clearance:

Security Check (SC) clearance is required for this role.
