Manufacturing Test Engineer - Graduate Programme 2025

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Manufacturing Test Engineer to join our team at MBDA. As a graduate on our 2-year programme, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, developing your skills and knowledge in test engineering.

About the Role

As a Manufacturing Test Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by designing and implementing test procedures, diagnosing and fault finding non-conforming products or equipment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement test procedures to ensure product quality
  • Diagnose and fault find non-conforming products or equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes
  • Author instructions and specifications for test procedures
  • Analyse test and production related data to identify trends and areas for improvement
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a graduate with a degree in Engineering (including General, Mechanical, Manufacturing/Production, Aeronautical/Aerospace, Civil, Electrical/Electronic and Software) or Physics, Astronomy, Mathematics, Computing or Applied Science discipline. You should have a strong understanding of test engineering principles and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
