About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relief Chef to join our team at Cinnamon Care Collection. As a Relief Chef, you will be responsible for supporting our care homes in the South, covering holidays and sickness as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve appetizing freshly produced food, from local suppliers where possible, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and health and safety.
  • Work from a variety of menus created by our Head Chefs, ensuring mealtimes are a highlight of our residents' day.
  • Order and prepare food for private events for our residents, providing a fine dining experience with varied choices for every mealtime.
  • Collaborate with the catering team to showcase innovative and fine dining standard of food.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years catering experience, ideally Chef de Partie level with NVQ 2/3.
  • Passion for working with the catering team to deliver exceptional food and service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and health and safety.
  • Reliability and professionalism in a team environment.
