About the Role

RBW Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Principal Medical Writer to join our expert team in a dynamic and growing agency. As a Principal Medical Writer, you will play a key role in overseeing content development across a range of accounts and therapy areas, ensuring work is delivered to the highest quality, on brief, and to timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement content strategies to drive improvements in patient outcomes
  • Oversee content development across multiple accounts and therapy areas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless content delivery
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior writers, reviewing their work and helping to develop their skills
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive content innovation and excellence
Requirements
  • Life science degree, ideally combined with a higher qualification (MSc, PhD)
  • Strong relationship building and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
