Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative engineering solutions for our clients, applying your expertise to diverse scenarios.

  • Ensure flawless planning, design, and implementation of temporary works, embracing the latest software and tools.
  • Conduct site visits and detailed surveys, developing innovative solutions for ultimate safety.
  • Provide crucial technical support to colleagues, working independently on multiple projects even under tight deadlines.
  • Seize the opportunity to learn and grow by mastering new skills and staying updated with industry standards.
  • Champion safety by implementing a robust strategy in line with Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 (CDM2015).
  • Lead and coordinate tasks for junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
  • An engineering degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, ideally working towards Chartered Status with the ICE or IStructE.
  • Excellent math and general numeracy skills.
  • Excellent 2D AutoCAD skills.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering plans, section details, and general arrangements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced IT skills.
