Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Developer to join our Markets Analytics team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics and testing for Markets Front Office Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) Risk weighted Assets (RWA), XVA, and similar calculations across multiple asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement complex analytics and testing frameworks using Python and C++.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quants, IT, and project management, to deliver high-quality results.
  • Work closely with trading desks and structurers to provide timely and accurate reporting.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of financial markets and related quantitative methods.
  • Assess risk/reward of transactions and make informed business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent technical skills in Python and C++.
  • Experience in a comparable quantitative development role, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Strong academic background in a numerate and computational field, such as mathematics or computer science.
  • Financial product knowledge and related quantitative methods.
